And just like that, 2023 comes to an end and it went by in a flash. As always, during this festive season, it is time to recap the wonderful year NAU21 experienced.

To start, we have had several recognitions of our work during this year, including “PME Excelência”, “PME Líder”, Inovadora Cotec and Scoring TOP 5% Best SME in Portugal. These certifications are the compass we use to guide the quality of our work and verify that our route stays on the right course.

We have also invested more time creating additional bounding moments for our crew. As the wise Lee Iacocca once said: “In the end, all business operations can be reduced to three words: PEOPLE, PRODUCT & PROFITS. Unless you’ve got a good team, you can’t do much with the other two.” We share his view and worked on offering a healthy and pleasant workspace.

NAU21 has also been part of the Global Compact United Nations and the Portuguese Platform of Integrity more actively, renovating policies and doing its best to contribute for a better world. Among this renovation, we have worked hard on a new standard (ISO 27001) which will be shared during the next month so, stay tuned for updates on this regard.

Last but not least, we share a letter from our CEO, Rui Monteiro, written to all of our readers, being them our crew, clients or partners. This is for you! Thank you for contributing so positively to our company and leading us to success!
