As certain as the sun rising, each season, year after year, has its own identity. In Spring, nature blooms. In Summer, the sun shines. In Autumn, the leaves fall. In Winter, NAU21 makes its own recap.

In a flash, 2025 comes to an end and it is time to reflect upon this year’s adventures and start looking towards the next horizon to pursue.

Once again, NAU21 received recognition for our work, including being ranked among the TOP 5% Best SMEs in Portugal and being awarded Inovadora COTEC status. It is extremely rewarding to be continuously acknowledged for the quality of our work, which sharpens our focus on reinventing relevant business models and solutions for the insurance market.

NAU21 is proud to remain an active member of the United Nations Global Compact, as it is our intention to contribute to a better world. We have also successfully upgraded to the international standard ISO/IEC 27001:2022, which sets a new benchmark for the level of commitment and quality we aim to deliver to our customers and partners.

Just as it was when it was first created, NAU21 continues to prioritise the wellbeing of its crew, our true driving force when it comes to delivering results and bringing our vision to life. To support this, we organised numerous social gatherings and shared moments to ensure that the fire of NAU21 remains alive and healthy.

On a final note of pure sentiment, Rui Monteiro, our CEO, shares his intentions as we prepare to leave 2025 behind and embrace 2026 with open arms.
